Tim Hancock

Tim has been with Veritas since the very beginning, and is proud to be the custodian of our clients. Usually on the phone or in meetings, he has unbounded energy in delivering customer service excellence for clients old and new, at every step of their journey.

Heading up our Business Development team, a large portion of Tim’s time is spent maintaining our great existing client relationships; advising new contacts on bespoke solutions for their unique portfolio; and making sure that feedback is communicated to our team of Account Managers and across the business as a whole, to ensure that we continue to provide the highest standard of service.

With previous experience as a Valuer and Auctioneer of commercial property, and as a Residential Property Sales Manager in Central London, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Veritas; understanding the sensitivity surrounding many of the properties we work with, and ensuring the individual needs of our clients are met at every stage of the process - from origination through to successful completion.
