The Security In Residence Service (SIRS) is an alternative to 24/7 Static Security Guarding, and involves an expert two-person team occupying your valuable property asset to protect it from squatting, vandalism and theft. All teams are SIA Licensed ex-Gurkha Regiment Security Officers who will live on site, providing a professional, committed caretaking and security service, and comprehensive risk mitigation. Cheaper than Static Guarding, SIRS is a compliant, multi-layered security provision that adjusts to the individual requirements of your site over time, blending professional expertise with the appropriate systems, qualifications and experience to ensure your property is in the safest of hands. 

The highly trained, well-spoken former HM British Forces personnel can assist with access for contractors and visitors - including entry logs and access protocols - and can also provide a concierge service. The Officers are supported by state-of-the-art alarm and surveillance technology and provide an early response to attempted unlawful entry. Furthermore, having full-time occupants on site legally prevents squatting, as squatters’ rights cannot be claimed.
